Shipping Policy:

Once your order payment is confirmed, the product will be shipped within two working days. Shipping schedules depend on our carriers’ operational days and hours. Their holidays and off days may also affect our shipping times.
Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery location and pincode provided and are subject to change depending on our shipping service provider.
We employ third-party reputable shipping companies to handle the shipping. We have no influence or control over their shipping methods. While we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping company, we will endeavor to follow up and assist in ensuring the safe delivery of your products.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations must be made within 48 hours of placing the order or before the product has been shipped, whichever occurs first. Once the package has been handed over to the shipping service provider, cancellations can no longer be processed. In such cases, you may proceed with a return under the “For Other Returns” conditions under the Refund Policy.

Refund Policy:

For Damaged or Incorrect Products:

If you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of receiving the product. We require an image of the product showing the damage or incorrect item to proceed with a return or exchange. Aswini Ayurveda will cover all associated shipping costs. Upon verification, you will have the option to receive a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost.

For Other Returns:

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, you must notify us within 3 days of receipt. The product must be unopened with undamaged packaging. The product must be returned within 14 days from the date of your return request. Refunds will be processed within 3 working days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Note that initial shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Refund Method:

Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment unless otherwise specified.

Exchanges:

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, follow the same return process. Once the return is accepted, your replacement item will be sent out.

Shipping Costs:

For returns due to damaged or incorrect products, Aswini Ayurveda will bear all shipping costs. For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
