Every programme begins with a personal consultation with our Ayurvedic doctor. Based on your recovery stage, we customise a care plan that focuses on postpartum body pain relief, reducing stiffness and swelling, relaxation, emotional wellness, and postnatal routine support. Optional baby care (gentle massage and bath) can also be included.
